It seems yes not checked all 192 but every check was the same error

Looks like I went a little crazy with the offsets. Fixed now in SHA: c446210
.

Is it risky to let the scanner plugged all the time when car is off ?

I personally do not do that for a few reasons:
It can drain your car's 12V battery.
It can create a potential security risk, because anyone can connect to your scanner and potentially get access to your vehicle.
