✅ 2023 KTM RC 390

Hi Jeff,

Spoke in DM's about potentially trying this app out on a Bike!

My OBD2 to 6 PIN OBD will be arriving Monday and we can get the ball rolling on this.

I have a 2023 KTM RC 390.

The Manual specific to my bike is the following (https://azwecdnepstoragewebsiteuploads. ... _en_OM.pdf).

There was apparently an app (only on Android) that does allow for connecting to the KTM RC 390 but not for the 2023 model, and it seems to be out of date? I also don't have an Android.

TuneECU is the name of the other app that does this on the Bike side of things.

Does Sidecar connect to the scanner when it’s plugged in?

Hey Jeff,

So the Side Car app pops up saying that the vehicle hasn't been on-boarded and to reach out, however, I went through all of the Parameters and 99% of them work already!

The VIN was able to pull the vehicle information automatically as well.

Battery

• • Control Module Voltage works.

Clocks

• • Time since engine start works

Control

• • Generic
    • Absolute Throttle Position works.
    • Absolute Throttle Position B works.
    • Absolute Throttle Position C shows 0% always.
    • Relative Throttle Position works.

DTCs

• • Distance Traveled since diagnostic trouble codes cleared works.
  • distance travelled while MIL was active works
  • Number of DTC's stored in the ECU works.
  • Number of warm ups since DTC cleared works.
    Time run by the engine while MIL was active works.

Engine

• • Absolute load value works
  • Barometric pressure works.
  • Calculated engine load works.
  • Commanded evaporation purge works. shows 0% always.
  • Commanded throttle actuator control works.
  • Engine coolant temperature works.
  • Engine RPM works.
  • Intake car temp works.
  • Intake manifold absolute pressure works.
  • Long term fuel trim bank 1 works.
  • Short term fuel trim bank 1 works.
  • Timing advance works.
  • Type of fuel works.

Fuel

• Nothing in here works.

Movement

Do you think a side view or front view of the bike would be better for the vehicle symbol btw?

I’m kinda leaning side view because it’ll be more distinctive, but all cars will have front views
