Confirmed via shared OBD logs that vehicle speed, odometer, and fuel level are getting polled successfully now.

• 221F5C or 22107B: Oil temperature?
• 2103: Wheel speed
• 2147: Steering wheel angle

Confirmed that 2103 is tire speed, added in https://github.com/OBDb/Toyota-Tacoma/pull/12

Steering wheel angle added in https://github.com/OBDb/Toyota-Tacoma/pull/13, though I'm guessing at the parameter values. @jasonmc99 if you can update the parameters and then take a look at the steering wheel angle parameter as you sit in the car (parked) and slightly adjust the steering wheel, it would help tune whether the parameter is in radians or degrees.

Tracking 22107B in https://github.com/OBDb/Toyota-Tacoma/issues/14. There's a bunch of data in this command but it's not immediately obvious what the data could mean.

Unfortunately the tire pressure parameters returned NO DATA and I don't have other leads to hunt down, so I think we've onboarded the Tacoma as much as we can for now!
