Re: 🕝 2023 BMW i4
Just a quick update. I downloaded the new version of the app and I'm still getting the same errors.

@scallaghan Looking at your logs I do see some positive responses to the manual parameters you ran, so I'm going to try porting over the i3 parameters that we've had some luck with so far. If you can refresh your parameters and try connecting to your car again, please share here which of the new parameters do end up working. https://sidecar.clutch.engineering/help ... parameters

Re: 🕝 2023 BMW i4
Looks like the i4 has a novel handshake sequence that we'll need to iron out. I'll need someone to run the following on the Sidecar terminal and then share the OBD logs with the results:
Code: Select all
ATFCSH6F1
ATFCSD4030FF32
ATFCSM1
ATSH6F1
ATCRA640
ATCEA40
22F190
ATFCSD1030FF32
ATFCSM1
ATCRA610
ATCEA10
22F190
ATFCSD0730FF32
ATFCSM1
ATCRA607
ATCEA07
22F150
These sequences should hopefully get the VIN from the vehicle.

Re: 🛑 BMW i4 [waiting for beta tester responses]
Looks like the following sequence worked for getting the VIN:
ATFCSH6F1
ATFCSD4030FF32
ATFCSM1
ATSH6F1
ATCRA640
ATCEA40
22F190
This is generally good news; will need to update the VIN handshake sequence to include this now.
