Starting new thread for the 2023 Ford Escape

Car has no aftermarket additions at this time.

I do have the optional Cold Weather Package as well as the Tech Package which has the larger display.

I am using the Vgate iCar Pro 2S Bluetooth 5.2 OBD2 Car Scan Tool (arrives on October 1, 2024).

I have an iPhone 15 Pro, running iOS 18.1 as well as an Apple Watch series 9 running the newest beta software.

I am running Sidecar v1.16.2

Welcome @SomeRanger! Is Sidecar working with your Escape? Can you share a screenshot of the parameters page when you're connected to your vehicle here?

Hi Jeff,

Hope all is well.

Here is a screenshot of what my parameters page looks like when connected to my vehicle!

EDIT: Ignore the below. Everything that is available for perimeters, work.
Most things do seem to be working; Battery, Climate, and Control doesn't work as of right now based on clicking into them but it may also be that my 30 seconds ran out of "free scanning".

Just a quick update, all of the parameters do work that are available on the app.

I've added parameters for the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) in SHA: 7dc42a3; let me know if these parameters work on your car! https://sidecar.clutch.engineering/help ... parameters

And for the support matrix on https://sidecar.clutch.engineering/supported-cars/, can you confirm that each of the following parameters works:

  • Fuel level: confirmed from your screenshot
  • Speed: ?
  • Range: ?
  • Odometer: ?
  • Tire pressure: (hopefully with the new pids!)

Hi Jeff,

This update to the parameters removed the ability to see all other ones that are normally visible.

With that said, it looks like we've nailed down the front passenger and rear passenger, but I don't have the ability to add front/rear Driver (see screenshot).

The two "left" tire pressure are in the Bar metric and can't be used on that tire pressure widget.

The tire pressure parameters are the only ones that I am now able to see, even when using the search I am unable to locate fuel, etc.

Oh that's odd; can you send me your OBD logs and I'll try to see what happened that's causing your standard pids to disappear: https://sidecar.clutch.engineering/help ... -scan-logs
