Hello! Will Tesla (model 3) be supported?
I installed the app and linked my Tesla account. I get few error and not much “working” information yet.
I’m not sure if it’s just not supported yet or I have an error on my side. :D

Here. The test list, I will updated my post as I test them.

Parameters:

  • State of charge appears in the app user interface and widgets, and your historical battery level chart updates over time as expected
  • Tire pressure appears in the app user interface and widgets
  • Odometer appears in the Details page of your vehicle
  • Range remaining appears in the app user interface and widgets
  • Door open/close state appears for each door of the vehicle
  • Trunk open/close state appears for each trunk of the vehicle
  • Skylight open/close state appears (if applicable)
  • Lock state appears for the vehicle and shows both locked and unlocked states as expected
  • When charging, the app indicates that the car is plugged in or charging appropriately
  • When charging, the app indicates the charging speed
  • When charging, the charging Live Activity updates roughly every minute
  • Your vehicle location is updated as expected and can be seen in the "Location" page of your vehicle

Commands:

  • You're able to wake the car when needed
  • You are able to lock the car
  • You are able to toggle climatization on the car

Devices:

  • All of the above works on my iPhone
  • All of the above works on my Apple Watch

That's not too surprising! Can you share some screenshots of the errors you're seeing? Is your car appearing, or is it not even populating that part of the app?

Here is a screenshot, that all I can’t see.
I was not able to try A/C or lock/unlock since I have the the subscription yet.

For the vin decoder, I don’t know but it might be related to the fact that I am in Canada / have a Canadian car?

https://sidecar.clutch.engineering/help ... hicle-data

Can you follow that guide and email me your redacted vehicle data to support@clutch.engineering? This’ll help me make sure I catch any other loose ends in the API decoder all at once.

Just did in multiple emails with I believe all the files requested. Let me know if I can help. Thanks!

We'll use this thread to share the status of adding Tesla Model 3 RWD 2023 (from Italy) support to Sidecar.

Found this error on the VIN number. My car is European and manufactured in Shanghai

Thank you for sharing that! I'll need to silence this warning for non-US vehicles because it's not relevant if you're outside of the US; I'll add this fix to the next release.

Another issue i found, well not an issue but a feature:

I’ve two Teslas in my account, one is one of my friend Tesla Model Y. Can we add a feature to remove unwanted veichles in the app??
