New build inbound. Also removed the timeout from TestFlight builds so you won't get stuck with that 30 second timer anymore.

New build gives the scanner up to 5 seconds to settle into a functional state before timing out.

I'm going to make you a forum badge for helping get 29 bit CAN support added to Sidecar. Any ideas for what the badge should look like? Probably something with the OBD scanner shape
