Hey @jeff I’ve done some more testing in testflight v1.17.1 build 201

The parameters that seem to work are:

  • State of charge is correct at 44% as you can see on the dashboard
  • State of health is lower than leafspy, Leafspy it’s 84,39%, your UI show’s 82%
  • Tire pressure is correct
  • Model is correct although I’m still confused why it shows 2018 even though it’s a 2019 model
  • 12V battery looks correct
  • Charging mode looks correct
  • High voltage battery capacity, and battery charge seem correct
  • High voltage battery voltage is correct
  • Charge port state is correct as well, although I haven’t tested it when charging
  • Ac state is correct
  • Ambient air temperature is correct.
  • Vehicle speed seems correct altough I wasn’t testing while driving

What didn’t work or kept loading

  • Estimated range was much lower than on the dash, 61 km in the UI while 108 km on the dash
  • model year off by 1 year
  • High voltage battery health slightly off compared to leafspy as mentioned above
  • Charging power showed unsupported power
  • Eco mode kept loading
  • Rear heater state kept loading
  • E-pedal mode kept loading
  • tire pressure showed 0 for all wheels while I’m fairly certain it isn’t 0 but 2.4 bar

Edit: I looked into the tire pressure one and that is correct it only reads it while driving so a value of 0 is to be expected.

Looks like SoC is accurate but range is pretty off. Looking into that now.

Is the odometer value correct?

The OBD logs for the range parameter seem to alternate between reporting 0 and a non-zero value which is a bit odd. I'm curious if the range value is ever shown correctly in Sidecar then for the leaf? It's possible we've got the wrong parameter wired up.

This are screenshots from last thursday and then it was fairly correct value.

Ah ok! Is the Sidecar tire pressure widget showing values of 0 in that case, or is it only showing the non-zero values? It should only be showing the valid values.

I've fixed the "unsupported power" unit being shown there.

It only shows valid numbers

Hey @jeff

I checked the tire pressure and it looks correct to me.
