Re: Hyundai Ioniq 6
I got my new OBD2 scanner and cable in today and it seems to be working! The scanner is off the list. This time, I just plugged it in and then connected to it from the app and skipped trying to connect it to my iPhone through the Bluetooth settings.
Is there a guide on the PIDs and what we should be doing now to get things up and running better?

Re: Hyundai Ioniq 6
Glad it's working! Is that a screenshot from the main parameters page? I'm asking because the parameters shouldn't be showing up like that on that page; you should see top level parameter groupings like the screenshot at the top of https://sidecar.clutch.engineering/scanning/.
Of the two scanners you listed, which scanner did you end up using that worked, and which one did you find wasn't working?
One of your screenshots didn't upload correctly btw.
Toggle Connectables for the parameters that you want to use to power the Sidecar user interface. Pick the SOC connectable that looks most correct for your use case (and share it here please so we can adjust the parameter names to indicate which one is the preferred one).
From here, we can hunt for more parameters and try wiring them up

No it's from the Settings after I added the scanner.
The MC+ version from your list.
I'm still learning the forum, I only wanted to upload one image... Not sure why it's showing like there should be two.

Re: Hyundai Ioniq 6
I had some issues getting the scanner to connect in the app this time. I ended up having to turn it on and off with the switch on the cable a few times before Sidecar would connect to it. The first couple of times it timed out. Once it did connect and ran for 30 seconds, it looks like the IONIQ6_HVBAT_SOC is the one to use. The others showed 79%, this one showed 78% which matches what the car showed.

Re: Hyundai Ioniq 6
@Danmartyn can you send me an export of your OBD logs? I'll use the data to write a test suite and also tune the SOH. Is your car brand new?

Re: Hyundai Ioniq 6
Emailed the logs. As for “brand new” it’s a 2024 which is the current model year, but I got it late February. Also I just plugged in my level 2 charger before doing a scan before exporting the logs to see if it would pick anything new up. I noticed my car showed me at 79% charged but the app still said 78% even after pulling to refresh.
